We understand the concerns you have with the delay of your vehicles being delivered to the exit ports but please understand that we cannot control weather conditions such as severe snow storms. It is in our best interest to have your vehicle delivered to the exit ports as soon as possible but these weather  conditions can generate delays.

Dear valued customers,

Please note that the next vessel sailing out of NJ is leaving on December 20th with the GGA0913 followed by the SHN0114 sailing on December 23rd.

Please note that we will receive loading confirmation at least 3 days after the vessel sails, so we will not have updates on which vehicles loaded until we get the confirmation from the steamship line. ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR THOSE CARS THAT HAVE SAILED WILL BE SENT AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

PLEASE NOTE IN ORDER FOR THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT, CLIENTS MUST NOT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE.
